Meg is a Partner and Co-Head of the Aerospace and Defense Practice at AGC Partners. She comes to AGC from Houlihan Lokey and brings nearly two decades of execution experience, having advised on more than 65 sellside and buyside M&A advisory, corporate divestitures, fairness opinions, restructuring advisory and capital raises.
For the entirety of her career, Meg has focused her investment banking efforts exclusively on the aerospace and defense industry and has worked with a wide array of Fortune 500 and international companies, small-caps, entrepreneurs and private equity owners including Lockheed Martin, L3 Harris, Honeywell, Boeing, TransDigm, General Dynamics, WheelsUp, Textron, TTM Technologies, FLIR, TriMas and Raytheon Technologies. Her clients have included most of the world's leading aerospace and defense contractors and next-generation technology solution providers such as HDT Global, Rocky Research, Revision Eyewear, TenCate Advanced Armor, Jonathan Engineering, Mountain Aviation, Draken International, EOTech, Wencor, Photonics, JGB Enterprises, Anaren Inc., API Technologies, Endeavor Robotics, Trillium Engineering, EIS Aircraft Operations, Kellstrom Defense, RSA Engineered Products, Sierra Bullets, Sinterfire Ammunition, Fortner Engineering, Critical Solutions (CSI), Breeze-Eastern, Pexco Aerospace, and West Star Aviation. As the Co-Head of AGC's Aerospace and Defense practice, Meg will join forces with AGC's leading Security practice, which having completed 137 transactions since inception, is the most active Security practice in North America.
Meg received her Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Boston University and was Captain of the Rowing Team. Prior to Houlihan Lokey, Meg worked at Harris Williams.
