Mike Parker

Mike joined AGC Partners in 2017 as Head of the Chicago Office. Over the course of his career, Mike has closed more than $20 billion in transactions. His sector focus areas include HR/Work Software, HCIT, Application Software, and Infrastructure/Cloud, among others. Mike is a seasoned M&A and growth capital adviser with experience advising and executing transactions for technology leaders from Fortune 500 members to high-growth bootstrapped and venture backed startups. Previously, he was an M&A banker with Lazard and Vice President and Head of Business Operations at SuccessFactors, which sold to SAP for over $3.6 billion. Prior to that he was a tech/software investment banker with Barclays Capital in Menlo Park, CA.Mike holds a B.A. in Business Administration from the Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

Mike enjoys golf, hockey, and traveling.
