Charlie is a Partner with AGC Partners out of the Firm’s Boston office. Charlie has over 12 years of experience in technology focused investment banking having joined AGC as an Analyst. Charlie has advised on over 40 closed transactions, ranging from sell-side M&A to equity and debt financings. Charlie has been a part of deal teams spanning a broad sector base within the Technology landscape and currently focuses on the Built Ecosystem and other Vertical Software / SaaS applications. Charlie holds a B.A. cum laude in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Middlebury College.
Charlie enjoys hunting, fishing, numismatics, ancient history, and cheering on Boston sports teams in his spare time.
