We very much enjoyed working with Fred and the AGC team during our merger with SmartFocus, a Francisco Partners backed company. AGC's sound advice, judgment, and knowledge of the market were invaluable to us throughout this process. I am very grateful for the hard work and dedication with which Fred and his team managed this process. I’ve closed a number of transactions, but the way Fred and his team drove this from the LOI to close was beyond what I have seen other banks do. I hope to get the opportunity to work with Fred and the AGC team again in the future.
