Steven Willis

Steven is a Partner at AGC Partners in Denver, where he focuses on advising high-growth Software companies. Recent engagements include technologies focused on Education, HR, GRC and Real Estate. Steven’s experience spans the M&A universe, including acquisitions, divestitures, hostile and activist defense, strategic investments, and joint ventures, having advised on transactions with an aggregate value nearing $50 billion. Prior to joining AGC, Steven held numerous sell-side roles, most recently as a senior M&A banker at Citi, and in equity research at BMO Capital Markets and Casimir Capital, where he was a publishing Analyst. Steven holds a M.B.A. from UC Berkeley’s Haas School of Business, and a B.A.Sc in Chemical Engineering and Master of Engineering from Queen’s University in Canada. He is also a CFA Charterholder.

Hobbies & Interests

Steven enjoys skiing, hiking, cooking, and playing with his two dogs. He was also an award-winning collegiate volleyball player. Steven and his wife Kelly recently welcomed their first child.
