AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Hexis Cyber Solutions, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of The KEYW Holding Corporation and a provider of advanced cyber and big data analytics solutions, has divested its HawkEye AP big data analytics product and related business unit in a sale to Ignite Technologies, Inc., a division of Versata Enterprises, Inc. With a team led by Ben Howe, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to KEYW / Hexis.
