AGC Partners Advises MindPoint Group on its Sale to Tyto Athene

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, MindPoint Group, a premier provider of end-to-end managed cybersecurity services to leading U.S. federal agencies and commercial enterprises around the world has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Tyto Athene, a portfolio company of Arlington Capital Partners. The acquisition will bolster Tyto's enterprise-level cyber capabilities and expand its current footprint in the federal civilian market. With a team led by Russ Workman, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to MindPoint Group. The deal represents AGC's 145th security deal since inception and is expected to close at the end of June.
