We had a very good Venture Capital Series B termsheet in hand but Maria and the AGC team, with their industry knowledge and strong relationships, brought us a Buyer who worked out great for our investors and for the team. Seventeen months from two guys with a PowerPoint to acquisition by a leading public technology company can only happen when you combine an excellent team with excellent advisors.
