We selected America’s Growth Capital to represent us in our recent M&A deal with Webroot based on reputation. AGC instantly demonstrated their vast understanding of the security industry, the players, business models and technologies. With Maria and the AGC team helping us, we had much more time to focus on building relationships as well as supporting business as usual. I have done many deals prior to this transaction, but this was the best M&A support I have ever experienced.
