AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Accelarad, the leading provider of SaaS medical imaging solutions serving more than 950 healthcare facilities and processing more than 400 million medical images annually, has agreed to be acquired by Nuance Communications. In 2013, Accelarad was named the top-ranked Medical Image Exchange Vendor by KLAS Research. With a team led by Hugh Hoffman, AGC Partners acted as sole financial advisor to Accelarad.
