AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Beezy, a leading Intelligent Workplace solution for Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint, has been financed by Goldman Sachs Merchant Banking Division. This financing will provide liquidity to Beezy's founders and enable the Company to further accelerate market share in North America by building a dedicated North America sales & marketing team. With a team led by Tristan Snyder, AGC Partners acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Beezy.
