AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Booz Allen Hamilton, a public provider of advanced technology and cybersecurity services, has agreed to acquire Defy Security, a leading cybersecurity solutions provider. Together, Defy Security and Booz Allen's global commercial business will deliver end-to-end, tech-enabled cybersecurity solutions and products for U.S. and international enterprises. Defy Security's strong customer base, sales expertise, and vendor relationships will complement Booz Allen's deep industry knowledge and advanced tradecraft capabilities across commercial and federal markets. With a banking team led by Eric Davis, AGC Partners acted as exclusive financial M&A advisor to Booz Allen Hamilton.
