AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, ecVision Inc., a cloud-based supply chain collaboration platform, has agreed to be acquired by Amber Road, Inc., (NYSE: AMBR), a leading provider of cloud-based global trade management (GTM) solutions. The acquisition will broaden and deepen Amber Road’s portfolio of cloud-based GTM solutions by delivering cutting-edge, cloud-based supply chain management capabilities for private label brands, retailers and their trading partners. With a team led by Ben Howe and Maria Lewis Kussmaul, AGC Partners acted as a financial advisor to ecVision.
