AGC Partners Advises Availl on its Sale to GobalSCAPE
Transaction Details
AGC is pleased to announce that GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (OTCBB: GSCP), a developer of secure file management software, acquired Availl, Inc., a developer of Wide Area File Services and Continuous Data Protection solutions. GlobalSCAPE purchased Availl for a total consideration of $10 million, comprised of $8 million in cash and $2 million in shares to the Availl employee shareholders. America's Growth Capital acted as sole financial advisor to Availl.
