AGC Partners Advises Axiomatics on Its Acquisition by Leonardo

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Axiomatics, a premier vendor of dynamic authorization delivered through attribute-based access control (ABAC) Solutions, has entered into an agreement to be acquired by Leonardo. Leonardo is the largest defense contractor in Italy, reporting €17.8B in revenue last year with over 60,000 employees worldwide. The acquisition of Axiomatics by Leonardo will enhance Leonardo’s cyber and digital security portfolio by integrating Axiomatics’ industry-leading, ABAC technology into a broader ZeroTrust architecture effort focused on NATO. With a team led by Fred Joseph, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Axiomatics.
