AGC Partners Advises Greenphire on Its Acquisition by Thoma Bravo

AGC Partners is pleased to announce that its client, Greenphire, Inc., a leading provider of financial workflow management and payment solutions for clinical trials, has reached an agreement to be acquired by Thoma Bravo. The deal, which is subject to customary regulatory approvals, is expected to close in the second quarter of this year. Greenphire's end-to-end solutions optimize clinical trial performance by streamlining payment and logistical workflows from sponsors and contract research organizations (CROs) to sites and patients in more than 70 countries. The acquisition will enable Greenphire to build on the Company's growth and success.  With a team led by Hugh Hoffman and Ben Howe, AGC Partners acted as financial advisor to Greenphire.
