AGC Partners is pleased to announce its 8th Travel & Hospitality Tech deal in the last 24 months with its client, Duve. Duve has raised a $60M Series B investment led by Susquehanna Growth Equity, with participation from XT Venture Capital and other existing backers. Duve is a next-generation guest management platform that has steadily expanded its influence across the global hotel technology landscape. Duve will use the new funding to accelerate global expansion and to advance its AI platform. With a banking team led by Jon Weibrecht and Charlie Schopp, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to Duve.
