The acquisition combines Cadent's omnichannel video activation with VuePlanner's contextual, creator-led YouTube capabilities, enabling advertisers to plan, activate, and measure YouTube alongside TV and streaming within a single, transparent, brand-suitable platform. With a banking team led by Linda Gridley, AGC Partners acted as the sole financial advisor to VuePlanner.
